Stuttershock - Stutter, glitch and blur
Stuttershock takes a sound and turns it into snapshots across intervals of time. You can then use these snapshots to either create a stuttering and glitching effect or a really experimental atmospheric blur.
Really cool ways to use it:
Putting it on a vocal on no blur mode and fast frame rate to make a robotic stutter effect
Putting it on a vocal with FFT blur to make an angelic, lush atmosphere
Putting it on some percussion with crossfade mode for some experimental basses

Bitmorph - "spectral" bitcrusher
I don't think it's actually spectral but it can work really well for pixellating specific parts of a sound. It also moves in a cool way
Really cool ways to use it:
Putting it on a sine wave and using the movement to make a weird glitch pattern
Adding bitcrushing to just some of a vocal
